Kruger National Park is one of the biggest game reserves in Africa. It is located in northeastern South Africa and spreads over nearly 2 million hectares. Kruger became the first national park in South Africa in 1926 and is now part of the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park. It houses over 800 different species of animals and 336 trees. There are various facilities that one can take part in, such as golfing, birding, biking, walks, and games. It is also a world leader in advanced environmental management techniques.
