Karnali River, Nepal
Nepal’s longest and largest river, the Karnali comes from Mount Kailash. Flowing south into Nepal, it forms the major drainage system for the western districts before dropping off into vast canyons raging with big volume white water and eventually flowing into small areas of thick, beautiful jungle abundant with wildlife, birdlife and fish. The area is all around breathtaking and very cultural. A Karnali River trip is a remote and relaxing whitewater rafting adventure. The opportunity to experience culture and visit different villages along the route is a very unique and diverse experience.
