Cape Town is chock full of interesting and exciting things to do.  If you like sightseeing, there is a cable car that goes to the top of Table Mountain, a magnificent ride.  If you enjoy culture, make sure to spend several hours at the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, which is offers small restaurants, wine shops, art shops, jewellery boutiques, concerts, and anything else you could wish for.  There are many wineries offering tours and tastings.  Cape Town also has some spectacular beaches, for those that love to soak up the sun.  For history buffs, you can take a short trip to Robben Island and visit Nelson Mandela’s former cell, where tours are given by former prisoners.
