Cango Caves, South Africa
The Cango Caves are located in the foothills of the Swartberg range in Precambrian limestone. The principal cave is the most popular among tourists. Despite the fact that the broad arrangement of passages and chambers extend for four kilometers only around a quarter of this is open to guests for safety reasons. Visits are directed at customary interims on most days. There is a Standard Tour which takes almost 60 minutes and an Adventure Tour which is 90 minutes long. The caves contain corridors and limestone developments (on both visits). Additionally, the "Adventure Tour" comprises of slithering through narrow sections and moving up steep rock arrangements guided by little light for the truly adventurous tourist.
