This large park covers about 1,094,962 hectares of land in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. The park consists of untouched tropical rainforest, highland forest, and wild animals. It is known for all the primates especially the orangutans. The Landak River also flows through the park making it an amazing ecotourism destination. The Bukwit Lawang village is located at the edge of the park where many animals such as the rhinoceros may be spotted.
