The Aquarium of the World

Follow the wind over the waters of the Mexico’s Sea of Cortes as you kayak nest to white sand beaches and sheltered coves that lie untouched in the desert sun. Swim with sea lions and watch for Moorish idols and butterfly fish as you cool off on a snorkeling adventure. Hike among cardon cactus and palo adán trees with your Naturalist, enjoy a burro trail ride into the mountains with a local ranchero, and visit remote villages.

Alaska Glacier bay Adventure

Hike, kayak and explore the spectacular wildlife, marine habitat and dramatic landscapes of the world-famous Glacier Bay National Park from the comfort of a small yacht. The 97 foot Sea Wolf is a nimble vessel allowing us to navigate narrow bays and inlets, venture close up to the face of active glaciers and amongst small islands inaccessible to larger ships. Our captain and crew have been plying these waters for decades sharing their exceptional seamanship, outdoor leadership and naturalist skills about geology and glaciology, navigation and ocean habitats, temperate rain forests, and of course Alaskan wildlife. Our active days and late summer eves are filled with moderate hikes filled with wild flowers and vistas, easy kayaking to look for bears along the shoreline, and watching humpback whales and orcas from on deck. Colorado River Jetboat - Dinner & Night Show

For a night to remember and the finishing touch on a perfect day, come along and enjoy Cowboy-style Dutch Oven dinner and a slow moving evening boat ride on the Colorado River. This is by far one of the most unique sound and light shows in the world and has been hailed by many as the “highlight of our vacation.” The canyonlands area is unlike any other area in the world making this boat ride one of the most unique features in the world.

The evening begins with a Dutch Oven dinner served on the banks of the Colorado River. After an hour of dinner, guests load a flat-bottomed jetboat named the Moab Queen II and head up river with a guide at the front of the boat pointing out things of interest. Once the boat has reached the turn around spot, the formal part of the evening begins with 40,000 watts of light illuminating the canyon walls and bring them to life. Stories about the formation, creation and history of the area are illustrated with cowboy and Indian tales. The show is choreographed with lights, sounds, music and narration as you drift back to the dock.

Colorado River Half Day Jetboat Tour

Hawaiian Seascapes

During this weeklong Hawaii yacht cruise, you will see and experience the Maui County group of islands (Maui, Moloka'i, Lana'i) and the Big Island from a different perspective than that of a high-end resort or a big cruise ship.  Explore remote coves and shoreline by foot, kayak, paddle boarding, sailboat, mountain bike and motor launch.  The warm, shallow waters provide one of the world’s most important habitats for humpback whales — two-thirds of the North Pacific population migrate to Hawaii each winter for breeding, calving and nursing.

Our flexible itinerary focuses on dipping into hideaway coves and inlets, mostly staying on the leeward side of the eastern-most Hawaiian Islands chain (sheltered from the northerly winds and waves). Along the way, experience traditional Hawaiian culture with opportunities to meet the locals on their land and in their homes. Each evening, the yacht sets anchor in a different sheltered harbor or inlet. Our itineraries and small guest contingent have little impact on the islands, and our all-American crew includes Hawaii residents, especially Captains and Expedition Leaders/Naturalists who have personal knowledge of the islands.
